Why isn't there tracking information for my order?

If you do not see any tracking data in your shipment and the estimated delivery date hasn't yet passed, your package should still arrive when they're due. You can find some common reasons why tracking details are unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.

Why your order did not get free shipping.

Both the items ordered plus the shipping address must be eligible for FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has additional information about what items and addresses meet the requirements.


To take advantage of FREE Shipping:

  • Place at a minimum $25 of eligible merchandise in the Shopping Cart.
  • Begin checkout.
  • Ship your items to one particular U.S. address.
  • Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as your shipping preference.
  • Select FREE Shipping for your shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 5-9 working days after all of your merchandise is available to ship (including pre-order items).
  • Place your order, and enjoy the free postage!

With this particular shipping option, we fulfill the transaction within a more cost-efficient way. This enables us to pass our savings onto you in the form of free postage. Though it might take some extra time to pack and ship your order, you'll still receive it around the estimated delivery schedule.

International Shipping

We gladly accepts orders from world wide. Available brands, shipping rates and fees may differ based on the delivery address on your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
